No matter what you're doing, preparation is the key to success. Whether you're baking pie, putting in a patio, or painting a house, how well you've prepared for the task will directly relate to how well the task gets carried out.  

When it comes to painting and staining your home, this couldn't be more true. Without proper prep on your siding and trim, you will get paint failure- period. Without properly sanding and cleaning your deck, you will have poor results- period.

Our prep process is always customized to address your project's needs. There's no cookie cutter approach to prepping the exterior of any building. We don't just send a crew out to quickly cover up your paint problems. 

We give each project the proper inspection and attention that it requires. Our prep process addresses the root cause behind paint failure, providing a strong, sound surface for paint to cover and protect. If it doesn't last longer than any other paint job you're had before, then we'll be disappointed.

With most exterior home repaints you can expect Painting we to do the following prep:  - 

Complete pressure wash of all surfaces to be finished 

- Hand scrape of any flaking or peeling paint on siding and any other highly textured surfaces 

- Orbital sand of all failing trim boards (fascia's, corner boards, window and door trim) - Prime of all bare surfaces using a high quality primer 

- Complete masking and covering of all foundation, windows, decks, patios, roofs, etc. - Protection of all landscaping, ground cover, grass, and hardscapes 

- Removal of cracking and failing sealant/caulking around house 

- Reapplication of sealant around all cracked and shallow window, door, and siding joints 

- Paint with the best products for Kansas weather 

- Clean up so you won't even know we were there except for the beautiful exteriors 

- Over time it is our prep work that gives you, our customer, the most value for your money.  

Because we are dedicated to every client's satisfaction, we also perform a final inspection with you to make sure that everything is done to your standards before we leave    

INTERIOR PAINTING: When we are painting your home, we take extra special care of your property. 

The paint is only applied to the proper surfaces and not to the floors, furnishings or pets.

You will not hear loud music playing, lots of talking, or see a messy jobsite. Instead, you will see a professional staff of painters who will properly prepare the surfaces for paint removal first, cover the areas they are not painting, thoroughly clean up each day and paint according to the best paint industry standards.
